3. With whom we share your data

Strampelli Srl does not normally share with anyone the data collected through its website. Only some data (name and surname, address and telephone contact) will be provided to the carrier in case of purchase, which is necessary for delivery of the ordered package.

4. How long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This is how we can automatically recognize and approve any subsequent comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if present), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time (except their username which they cannot change). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

Normally the data retention times are:

  • Contact form entries for six months
  • Statistics records for one year
  • Customer purchase records for five years

7. Changes to this privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by advertising them to Users on this page. Please consult this page frequently, using the last date of amendment at the bottom. In the case of non-acceptance of changes made to the privacy policy – however, the User may refuse to give consent to certain methods of processing data that may be indicated therein -, the User is obliged to stop using the website to which this privacy policy refers and may request the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data. In this case, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to the Personal Data collected until that time.
